Key Dates at a Glance

As the National Day holiday approaches, we would like to keep you informed about how this period may affect our operations so that you can plan your projects with confidence.

From Wednesday, October 1, through Sunday, October 5, 2025, our manufacturing and shipping facilities will observe the holiday. During this time, production lines will be paused, and shipments will not be dispatched.

What Stays the Same

Customer Service

Our support specialists will be available to answer questions, provide technical guidance, and assist with order planning.

Technical Support

Engineers will remain on standby to help troubleshoot and advise on your ongoing projects.

What Changes During the Holiday

Manufacturing

No new builds will be initiated, and in-progress jobs will resume after the break.

Shipping

No outbound shipments will be processed until operations restart.

Planning Tips

If you have urgent orders or time-sensitive projects, we recommend placing them well before September 30 to ensure they enter production ahead of the holiday.
